Directions:

Adults, take 2 capsules at least one hour after eating your last meal, or on an empty stomach, with water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

    Seems to be working well been taking these consistantly daily for over 3 weeks now - my eyes look less swollen and my it smoothed out some fine wrinkles.

    I got them mostly to help me with reducing my wrinkles, as you get older your body does not produce as much collagen anymore and the skin loses elasticity and firmness. I feel like my skin has improved and cellulite is starting to disappear.
